Lingua Ignota has announced her debut album under the name Reverend Kristin Michael Hayter: Saved! is out October 20, via Perpetual Flames Ministries, and features a mix of gospel standards and new original music.

Hayter also shared a song from the album, “All of My Friends Are Going to Hell,” alongside a music video wherein she baptizes herself in a river. Watch the video, which Hayter filmed, edited, and directed, below.

Saved! is Hayter’s first album since she retired the Lingua Ignota project in November 2022. She released four albums under the moniker between 2017 and 2021. “This music has been excruciating to perform, and I know that what is healthiest for me is to stop performing it,” she told Pitchfork. In April, she gave “farewell” performances of her Lingua Ignota albums All Bitches Die, Caligula, and Sinner Get Ready at the Perpetual Flame arts festival in Chicago, which she founded alongside Vile Creature's KW Campol.
