Maybe overrated.

I did Tae-Kwon-Do.

I'm a black belt, third degree.

I just did it as a kid, for growing up and stuff.

I feel like that's kinda what kept me in the shape I am.

It is.

Like, some stuff that you learn

it just doesn't leave you.

It's like, I can count 1-10 in Korean

because of Tae-Kwon-Do.
